Our in-house product and mold designers will transfer your product from concept into reality. Our experience in the design, development, and manufacturing of custom injection molds and tooling helping us to solve any product challenges. Understanding advanced mold-making processes and technologies, we also can design mould according to customer's requirement, such as DME, HASCO standard including DME.HASCO components. We use professional software to deal with the 2D drawing in DXF, DWG and 3D data in PRT, SAT, IGES,STEP format etc. Using high speed CNC equipment and strong project management skills, B-top Precision Mold have the capacity to ensure low-cost solutions and can deliver high quality plastic injection molds quickly whether they are simple, rapid prototype tools or complex production tools. Project updated with regular progress report and digital photographs are available to customers throughout the tool design, processing and sampling phases.
